Nuclear Problems in Iran

It seems that the alleged Iranian Nuclear Weapons program is in the news once again. This time, the UN has approved sanctions that will restrict the Iran program. This is going to have some negative affects. Iran is going to do what it did last time, and deny the allegations. They have already done so by calling the allegations “forged and fabricated’. Then tensions are going to rise, and countries are going to start calling for the program to shut down again. This situation is very sensitive, especially in regards to the current leadership. President Ahmadinejad believes that Iran has done more that its fair share for the IAEA. Either way this goes, Tehran is not going to stop enriching Uranium. This is because they have come out and said thatt they will not. The IAEA is already having problems with a game of pointing fingers. The member states on the council still are not happy with the lack of progress that has been made in Iran. The main issue is that a solid policy can not be established. This lets Iran slip through the cracks and have a plausible reason to deny allegations when they come up. What is certain is that this is not going to be the last time the Iranian Nuclear Weapons Program is in the hot seat.
